Mark Dunbar, MSPA

Dunbar is president of Dunbar, Bender & Zapf, Inc. in Pittsburgh and has more than 30 years of experience as a pension consultant specializing in design options within qualified retirement plans. In addition to his membership in the ASPPA College of Pension Actuaries, he has served two terms on the ASPPA Board of Directors and has served as a  co-chair of the ASPPA Government Affairs Committee, Dunbar is an enrolled actuary and member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
