The current CPE cycle began on January 1, 2011 and will end on December 31, 2012. In order to maintain your ASPPA credential(s), you must earn 40 CPE credits during this cycle (and in each future two-year cycle). Two of the 40 CPE credits must be on ethics/professionalism topics. Review, Report and Submit CPE Credits
Unless otherwise indicated, ASPPA will post CPE credits earned to the member's record automatically for any ASPPA educational activity. Please allow 60 days for the online reporting form to reflect earned CPE credits. The amount of CPE reported in the member record must be confirmed by the member as having been earned. This can be done online by pressing the submit button once all the requirements have been met.
To see the status of your CPE fulfillment click here and log in to the ASPPA web site.
For all non-ASPPA CPE categories, the member should self-report any CPE credits earned, but not reflected in the member's record using the 2011/2012 CPE Online Reporting Form .
Non Compliance
If you do not earn sufficient CPE credits during any CPE cycle, ASPPA will suspend your credential(s) until you have completed sufficient CPE credits to apply for reinstatement as a credentialed member in 24 months prior.
